About the Role
We're looking for someone with a strong background in pharmacy operations—someone who understands how a pharmacy actually runs behind the scenes—and can apply that experience to designing and setting up medication services.
This role focuses on how pharmacy services are built, structured, and scaled—from workflows and compliance through to supplier setup and commercial models.
What You'll Be Doing
* Design and structure end-to-end medication service models
* Support the setup of new pharmacy or medication services
* Build and refine operational workflows and processes
* Ensure alignment with licensing and compliance requirements
* Contribute to supplier setup and medication sourcing workflows
* Apply understanding of PBS vs retail models in service design
* Develop SOPs and scalable systems across services
What We're Looking For
* 5–10+ years in pharmacy
* Strong background in pharmacy operations
* Experience opening or helping set up a pharmacy
* Exposure to multi-site or high-volume environments
You Bring
* Understanding of how pharmacy operations actually run
* Familiarity with:
o Licensing and compliance basics
o Supplier relationships and medication sourcing
o Ability to think in systems, workflows, and scalable processes
