The Strategic Global Operations team serves as the experts on Product Line system and process health and top-line strategy to enable Anduril to design, build, ship, and deploy products at scale. We are looking for an individual to help solve cross-functional process, analytics, and systems problems to better help Production and Deployments, and partner teams across a variety of workflows.
What You'll Do
* Work closely with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality, Deployments and Finance teams to identify problems, conceive solutions, and implement processes to improve our ability to buy, make, and deploy hardware quickly and correctly
* Build dashboards, track operational metrics, monitor Product Line health scores, prepare data-driven reports for leadership, and refine KPI development for impactful reporting to inform strategic decision making
* Gather data, identify issues, prepare review materials, coordinate across regional teams and track action items for weekly, monthly and quarterly business reviews
* Manage the funnel of production team system and process enhancement requests, categorize/prioritize, track status and approvals, and coordinate implementation
* Conduct research, gather data, build presentations, coordinate stakeholders and track project milestones for strategic Product Line initiatives
* Assess readiness of new regions/countries for expansion, benchmark performance across regions, identify gaps and improvement opportunities
* Deep dive into key processes across the business, analyze areas of improvement, and build plans to tactically execute process changes
* Clearly document process workflows and standard operating procedures, engaging with broader teams to validate accuracy and effectiveness of documents
* Coordinate with central HQ Enablement teams for onboarding of new regions; tailor training materials and delivery for specific Product Line and Regional requirements
* Daily coordination across APAC and US West teams, meeting scheduling, follow-up actions and stakeholder management
* Develop and utilize a strategic operations viewpoint, participating in deciding which projects are worth solving and understanding priorities from multiple functions
Required Qualifications
* 3-5 years experience in Defence, Engineering, Technology or Finance with a focus on Project Management, Operations and Analytics
* Strong execution bar, able to move projects from conception to tactical completion
* Ability to use qualitative and quantitative analysis to influence and execute on operational decisions
* Product mindset with ability to shape business systems requirements and partner with Corporate Technology teams on workflows

* Strong cross-functional communication across teams and regions
* People-centric approach to solving complex, cross-functional problems
* High ownership, low ego, with strong outcomes orientation and humility
* Curious and creative, able to dive into operational process and systems problems and think critically

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Commitment to a positive, inclusive, and collaborative culture
* Ability to obtain and maintain a NV2 Security Clearance

The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations.
