Estimation Role:
We are seeking a skilled professional to work with our team, providing accurate estimations for commercial and domestic insurance repairs and assessments.
* Collaborate with onsite personnel to undertake virtual assessment and quotes
* Develop cost-effective solutions to repair accompanied by detailed reports outlining damages
* Maintain strong client relationships and represent their interests
Key Skills and Qualifications:
* Trade qualification in Carpentry or relevant building experience
* Experience in insurance or remedial building, conducting investigations, diagnosing and reporting on building damage, faults, maintenance, and repairs
* Excellent planning and organisational skills with high attention to detail
* Ability to meet deadlines and perform under pressure
