Overview
The Role We are seeking a skilled and experienced Registered Migration Agent to join our team in our Melbourne office, working remotely on a part-time basis. As a Registered Migration Agent, you will play a crucial role in providing expert advice and assisting clients through the complex process of Australian visa and immigration applications.
Portuguese or Spanish speakers will be given priority.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess clients' visa eligibility and provide tailored migration advice
- Prepare and lodge visa applications on behalf of clients
- Liaise with the Department of Home Affairs and other relevant authorities
- Manage client cases from initial consultation to final visa outcome
- Stay up-to-date with changes in migration legislation and regulations
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients throughout the migration process
What We're Looking For
- Registered Migration Agent with a valid Certificate of Registration
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of Australian immigration law and policies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in using relevant immigration software and systems
