Your Opportunity
We are looking for experienced Conveyor Technician Supervisors to lead our service team in the Gulgong/Mudgee region. You will manage customer relationships, lead a team of technicians, and drive growth across our service operations.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Management:
Act as the primary contact for customer belt service activitiesEnsure complaints and issues are resolved promptlyIdentify new service opportunities
Team Leadership
Schedule and coordinate personnel, equipment, and materialsSupport performance development, recruitment, and trainingMentor and guide technicians for career growth
Operational Oversight
Manage after-hours support for customersEnsure projects are delivered on time and to standard
Business Growth
Support new/refurbishment belt, belt cleaner, and aftermarket business opportunities
What We’re Looking For
Minimum 2 years’ experience in conveyor operationsUnderground Black Coal experience (preferred)Certificate III in Polymer Processing (or working towards)Valid driver’s licence (HR licence an advantage)Physically capable of lifting up to 25 kgWillingness to relocate to Gulgong/Mudgee
