The Role

As Store Manager, you will take ownership of the store's performance while leading a close‐knit team that genuinely enjoys what they do. You will be responsible for:

• Driving sales performance and achieving store targets
• Coaching, developing and motivating your team
• Creating exceptional customer experiences that build loyalty
• Visual merchandising and maintaining store standards
• Managing stock, inventory and day‐to‐day operations

About You

We are looking for a hands‐on retail leader who enjoys being on the shop floor, leading from the front and building strong customer relationships. You will bring:

• Previous Store Manager, Assistant Manager or senior retail leadership experience
• A proven ability to drive sales and commercial outcomes
• Strong people leadership and coaching skills
• Experience managing retail operations and inventory
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• A genuine appreciation for regional communities and relationship‐based retailing
