We are seeking a seasoned Sales professional to lead our sales department, working closely with other departments and the Senior Leadership Team.
Key Responsibilities
* Sales Team Management: Lead the Sales Department and manage client interactions, product optimization, and post-installation briefings.
* Client Engagement: Handle direct client communications, focusing on product optimization and post-installation briefings.
* Customer Quotations: Complete accurate sales costings, variations, and margin checks.
* Project Management: Manage projects from concept to completion within defined time frames.
* Problem Identification & Resolution: Identify and document deviations, implementing immediate corrective actions.
* Site Assessment: Conduct site visits to undertake check measures and pre-work activities.
Requirements
Candidates must possess advanced skills in estimation and salesmanship with a background in the building industry preferred.
