Business Lending Coach
**How will I help?**
This role involves delivering technical lending BPA programs and coaching new Business Bankers as part of our Role Ready Program. Training sessions will be conductedonsite, face-to-face, across the country monthly, with the majority of sessions held in Sydney.
The role requires updating technical knowledge, advocating Westpac Group Strategy, and leading innovative learning practices.
It includes design reviews, facilitating technical content, and coaching bankers to improve performance and develop skills. A passion for mentoring and a professional aspiration to develop facilitation skills are crucial.
**Key responsibilities**
- Facilitate technical learning programs for various roles in the Business & Wealth Division for new and existing Westpac Group employees.
- Support bankers with coaching and training on Westpac systems, processes, and policy.
- Ensure consistent training delivery by responding to feedback and evaluations.
- Review content to maintain user experience and compliance standards.
- Participate in change activities and minor design maintenance with Capability Design Teams.
- Provide insights on learning program design from a learner and facilitation perspective.
- Coordinate and plan course delivery and time management.
- Monitor and evaluate coaching outcomes, tracking KPIs like performance improvements and leadership development progress.
- Demonstrate the ability to solve business problems and manage stakeholder priorities and reporting needs

**What do I need?**
- Extensive knowledge of products, processes, and systems in Business Banking segments.
- Experience as a Business Banking Manager, Assistant Relationship Manager, or similar roles.
- Proficiency in deal construction within business banking systems.
- Preferred experience in coaching and training.
- Advanced communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to lead without authority and coordinate people effectively
