A boutique law firm in the South Eastern Suburbs / Mornington Peninsula is seeking a part time conveyancer. 2-3 days per week / approximately 20 hours
Candidates with all levels of experience are encouraged to apply.
Part time employees must be available to cover other staff members holidays (with notice).

Your daily tasks will include but are not limited to:
* All tasks necessary for day to day managing of conveyancing files from start to end.
* Corresponding and liaising with clients, banks, real estate agents and other solicitors/conveyancers.
* Drafting and preparing letters, contracts & vendor statements, transfer documents and other required conveyancing forms.
* Conducting online searches.
* Calculating settlement figures.
* Arranging settlements with all parties.
* Operating within the PEXA platform.
* Answering phones in relation to conveyancing enquiries.
* Other administrative (conveyancing related) tasks as required.
