What does the job look like?
Linfox Resources and Industrial business require Logistics Officers to work an 8/6 roster, FIFO from Perth to the WA Pilbara region. These roles involve a variety of both driving and warehousing duties to move and process freight on mine sites. Day and night shift swings required. Key areas:
* Participate and commit to Linfox safety standards and COR requirements at all times
* General warehousing duties, picking & packing
* Use of WMS to ensure inventory is accurate
* Safely load and restrain loads with straps and chains
* Move mining freight around our customer mine site to meet demand
Are you the one?
To be successful in this role, you will be a logistics all‐rounder, willing to help out wherever required. You are dynamic and adaptable, comfortable to be mobilised to different Pilbara locations and tasks at short notice. As a real team player, you are happy to jump in and help out where required. You can demonstrate:
* History of safe work practices
* Experience working with warehouse management systems
* HR and forklift licences essential
* Experience with loading and load restraint
* Experience working in the WA Pilbara or similar conditions
