Job Title: Culturally Competent Health Worker

Requirements:
* A Certificate IV or Diploma in Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander Primary Health Care, Mental Health, Alcohol and Other Drugs, or a related field.
* Demonstrated experience working in a healthcare setting, particularly with First Nations populations.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
* A strong understanding of the social determinants of health and their impact on First Nations communities.
