* Cert IV (or higher) in Information Technology
* Solid experience supporting Microsoft Windows environments and troubleshooting IT issues
* Previous experience implementing new systems
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with a passion for customer service
* A proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to manage competing priorities
