Responsibilities
* Lead a respected aged care home with a focus on quality care and continuous improvement.
* Achieve commercial success through strategic leadership—optimising occupancy, financial performance, and operational excellence in a dynamic aged care environment.
* Ensure compliance with aged care standards and workplace safety.
* Inspire and engage a multidisciplinary team, driving a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
* Leverage data and insights to optimise operational performance, achieve financial and occupancy targets, and implement strategies that enhance resident experience.
Qualifications
* Proven senior leadership experience in health or aged care, with the ability to inspire and engage multidisciplinary teams.
* Strong commercial acumen and experience managing budgets, financial targets, and operational performance.
* Demonstrated capability to implement change and drive continuous improvement in a complex service environment.
* Knowledge of aged care funding models and compliance requirements under the Aged Care Act (essential).
* Highly developed interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills to build strong relationships with residents, families, and staff.
* Excellent time management skills and the ability to work within deadlines while balancing competing priorities.
* A tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline (postgraduate qualifications highly regarded).
