What you’ll be doing:
The opportunity exists for a vibrant individual who is a highly skilled, experienced (minimum two years) and a confident operator. A person who is capable of managing files autonomously from instruction through to settlement. The full-time role will comprise tasks typical of managing a team while being an experienced Conveyancer, such as:
* Overseeing the Conveyancing Team
* Acting as the first point of contact for questions and document reviews
* Delegating tasks within the team
* Providing training and guidance to new staff
* Identifying training needs for skill development
* Collaborating with the Director and managing residential, commercial, and business transactions
* Managing PEXA settlements and land divisions
* Preparing Form 1 Statements and invoices when needed
* Building relationships with financial institutions, agents, brokers, etc.
* Working closely with all parties involved in property transactions
* Contributing to a hardworking, supportive team environment
