In this role you will be responsible for managing and driving an energetic sales team to continually hit KPI's in order to create travel memories that will last for lifetimes for our customers.
- Complaints handling and customer service
- Proactively driving sales efforts and pushing for weekly sales targets
- Creating tailor made travel itineraries and selling travel products and tour packages
- Identifying customer requirements and pairing them with suitable solutions
- Driving increased traffic and communications via multiple social media platforms
- Maintaining and Improving website and CRM content and updates.
- Ensuring a high level of customer service and satisfaction across all staff members
- Liaising with travel partners, including tour operators and hotels, to manage bookings and schedules and develop long term partnerships.
- Managing, training, and providing overall guidance to the sales team in your store.
- Constantly leading by example and motivating the team to hit their targets and ensure company profitability
- Sourcing products and destinations to meet consumer demands for bespoke travel and sustainable tourism
- Managing budgets and maintaining statistical and financial record
- Overseeing the recruitment, selection and retention of staff as well as staff training
- Oversee rosters, payroll, administration and health and safety operations
- Organising targets, incentives, bonus schemes and competitions
- Dealing with disciplinary matters and customer complaints
