Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
The ideal candidate will possess:
* A Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Business Administration, Engineering)
* A minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership or management role, preferably in the engineering or related industries
* Proven track record of driving business growth, improving safety performance, and leading high-performing teams
* Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
