Your Impact
**About our Centre**: Goodstart Murrumba Downs is a 75 place service caring for children from nursery through to kindergarten. Inside, all of the rooms are set up in line with the Early Years Learning Framework, with sensory and play based learning opportunities. Colourful, stimulating surrounds ensure the children have the chance to grow and develop through sensory, play-based learning. Outside, we have three areas all with age appropriate play spaces and equipment. With our sandpits, grassed areas, verandas, cubbies, vege patches, decks and natural and manmade surfaces and equipment, we provide every opportunity for the children to challenge themselves whilst letting their imaginations run free. We have a team of friendly, passionate and qualified educators with a supportive leadership team.
**About you**: We are looking for someone who is innovative, fun, up-to-date with current research, and must be someone who enjoys mentoring and supporting their fellow educators and have high-quality standards.
You'll help achieve this by
Having a Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education or Studying towards your Bachelor
Having the desire to be part of a team
Being a role model to other educators, offering coaching, support, and mentoring
Having the passion to develop, implement and evaluate educational programs, whilst documenting every child's learning development
Having experience working with children with big behaviors
Having excellent knowledge of the Early Years Framework
Having strong communication skills, both written & verbal
