As a leader in our organisation, you will be responsible for overseeing the administrative functions of a district office and its sub-centres.
This role requires strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to foster a high-performing team culture and ensure team members have the knowledge, skills and abilities to achieve personal and performance objectives.
* Foster a high-performing team culture by ensuring team members have the necessary tools, resources and support to achieve their goals.
* Lead a team of administration officers throughout the district office and sub-centres to ensure effective and efficient administrative practices are met.
* Support the development of regional, district and local level strategic partnerships with health service providers in the region.
The successful candidate will possess relevant qualifications or extensive related experience, as well as excellent communication, strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
