We are currently recruiting for several Site Manager and Foreman roles with well-established commercial builders delivering quality projects across education, industrial, aged care, retail, and commercial townhouse developments throughout South East Queensland.
These builders have strong pipelines of work, excellent client relationships, and a reputation for delivering high-quality projects safely, on time, and within budget.
Available Roles
* Site Managers - leading commercial projects
* Senior & Structures Foremen - managing large-scale hi-rise builds
* General & Finishing Foremen - driving delivery, coordination, and quality on site
* Junior Foremen / Leading Hands - ideal next step for experienced carpenters or supervisors
About You
* Proven site management or foreman experience within commercial construction
* Solid understanding of construction sequencing, safety, and subcontractor coordination
* Strong leadership and communication skills with a focus on team culture
* Trade background or relevant tertiary qualification preferred
* Experience across one or more of the following: education, industrial, aged care, retail, or townhouse projects
