Your new company Hays is partnering with a long‐established Tasmanian human services organisation embarking on a significant, multi‐year transformation. Your new role This newly created executive position provides the mandate and autonomy to lead enterprise‐wide transformation. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will play a central role in shaping the organisation's future state across operating model, digital maturity, commercial capability and organisational governance. As a key member of a highly engaged Executive team, you will lead a portfolio including Finance, IT and Corporate Services, and serve as the executive owner of transformation delivery, risk and organisational readiness. This is a role for a decisive and strategic leader who brings clarity, structure and momentum to complex environments. Key responsibilities include:Designing and delivering the enterprise Transformation RoadmapDriving digital strategy, technology uplift and secure, fit‐for‐purpose systemsModernising corporate services to support scalability, efficiency and complianceStrengthening financial governance, investment discipline and commercial capabilityReporting transformation progress to the CEO and Board while championing cultural and operational change
What you'll need to succeed You are an experienced senior leader with a strong track record delivering transformation in complex, regulated or service‐intensive environments. You bring strategic clarity, commercial acumen and a leadership style that inspires confidence and lifts capability. You will also bring:Proven experience driving enterprise‐wide change and operational redesignStrong capability in digital enablement, data governance and cybersecurity upliftExperience modernising finance, corporate services or operational support functionsHigh‐level financial stewardship and Board‐ready communicationThe ability to simplify complexity, mobilise people and deliver outcomes at pace Experience in health, community services, aged care or other regulated sectors will be highly regarded. A Working with Vulnerable People check and a current driver's licence are required.
