Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and organized individual to join our team as a Scheduling Coordinator. The successful applicant will be responsible for coordinating the scheduling of employees working with Acquired Injury clients, in response to vacancies created due to planned & unplanned leave, and other duties as directed by the management team.
* Facilitate workers for all available shifts and fill unplanned shift vacancies due to sickness, annual leave or training requirements;
* Complete data entry relating to employee schedules and relevant client information;
* Provide orientation to new employees on work schedules and rostering matters;
* Work closely and co-operatively with other teams to ensure excellence in service delivery;
* Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports/documentation as required.
This position operates on a rotating roster between the hours of 6am to 5pm weekdays and is required to participate in an on-call roster outside of these hours on weekdays and weekends.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide a current Tasmanian Working with Vulnerable People registration (employee/volunteer category) including NDIS Worker Screening Check;
* Present an unsupervised contact with children or vulnerable people type National Police Check (no older than 12 months);
* Provide an International Police Check if you have resided for 12 months or more outside of Australia after the age of 16;
* Complete a satisfactory medical assessment;
* Provide a current provisional or full Australian Driver Licence.
The successful applicant will possess excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. They will also have a strong attention to detail and be able to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
