Responsibilities
As Faculty General Manager, you will play a critical leadership role in shaping the administrative, resource and business planning functions of the Faculty, supporting the Dean, Professor Katie Stevenson, and collaborating with the broader Faculty Leadership Team to deliver high-quality academic and research programs aligned with Monash's 'Impact 2030' strategy. Overseeing operations that span more than 17,000 students, 500 staff and $250 million in revenue, you will lead a diverse portfolio including academic and student services, financial management, graduate studies, marketing and communications, research support and strategic planning.
