With offices in Perth, Joondalup, Mandurah, Bunbury and Albany, we offer genuine location flexibility along with the resources and support of a full-service law firm.
What You'll Be Doing
You'll work across a broad range of estate litigation matters, including family provision claims, will disputes, contested probate applications, and estate or trust disputes. You'll be supported by Seniors and work collaboratively with our Wills & Estates and Commercial Litigation teams to deliver clear, strategic and empathetic advice to clients.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Managing your own matters with support tailored to your experience level
* Working closely with senior litigators, paralegals and support staff
* Collaborating with teams across Wills & Estates and Commercial Litigation
* Appearing in the Supreme Court, District Court, and SAT as required
* Delivering clear, strategic and empathetic client communication
A successful candidate will have:
* Experience in estate litigation or a strong general litigation background with a desire to specialise
* Solid technical, analytical and drafting skills
* Strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing deadlines
* A client-focused approach and ability to explain complex issues clearly
* A proactive nature, with the ability to work both independently and in a team
* (Senior candidates) the ability to manage complex matters and mentor others
