About The Role
We are seeking an experienced and qualified Insurance Loss Adjustor for a full-time position to ensure vehicles are returned to pre-accident condition. You will be responsible for timely, accurate quotes for vehicle repairs, applying your knowledge of motor vehicles and computer skills.
Key Responsibilities:
* Providing excellent customer service to clients and work providers
* Accurately quoting vehicles promptly and in accordance with repair cost targets and insurer procedures
* Completing onsite, off-site, and online quotes
* Carrying out vehicle arrival inspections, including mapping and imaging
* Managing parts and suppliers to ensure timely, cost-effective repairs
* Ensuring repairs meet pre-accident condition and handing over completed repairs to customers
About You
* Proven experience in a similar role within the automotive smash repair industry, including estimate preparation
* Experience with AudaNet is highly desirable
* Excellent customer service and communication skills
* Strong computer skills and system experience; Excel is an advantage
* Ability to meet deadlines, problem solve, and work collaboratively
* Commitment to safety, high attention to detail, reliability, and punctuality
