This is a rare opportunity for an experienced hospitality professional to step into a Area Manager role, overseeing multiple venues and driving excellence across food, beverage, staff management, and operations. You’ll be responsible for ensuring high standards in all aspects of hospitality while developing and mentoring your teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations across multiple outlets, ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality service
- Oversee food and beverage operations, including menu standards, stock management, and supplier relationships
- Ensure all outlets meet health, safety, and compliance requirements
- Lead recruitment, training, and development of staff, fostering a positive and productive culture
- Monitor financial performance, budgets, and KPIs across all venues
- Implement and maintain operational systems to drive efficiency and consistency
- Provide coaching and support to outlet managers, setting clear expectations and goals
- Develop initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction, loyalty, and overall venue performance
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as an Area Manager or senior multi-venue hospitality leader
- Strong food and beverage expertise
- Excellent knowledge of health, safety, and compliance requirements
- Outstanding people management skills, with the ability to lead, coach, and motivate teams
- Commercially minded, with experience managing budgets and driving profitable operations
- A proactive, organised, and hands-on approach to leadership
