About the role
Francis Venues' is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Food & Beverage Attendant to join our team in Ballarat, VIC. This is a casual role that will see you providing exceptional service to our guests in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
What you'll be doing
1. Greeting and seating guests in a friendly and welcoming manner
2. Taking food and beverage orders and delivering them to customers efficiently
3. Providing recommendations on menu items and specials
4. Ensuring tables are always clean, well-stocked and ready for the next guests
5. Assisting with light food preparation tasks as required
6. Maintaining a high level of cleanliness and presentation throughout the venue
7. Adhering to all food safety and licensing regulations
What we're looking for
1. Previous experience as a food and beverage attendant or in a similar customer service role, not essential
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for providing excellent customer service
3. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure
4. Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
5. Flexible and adaptable to meet the changing needs of the business
6. Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification
