Theodore State School is a P–10 school with a rich history and strong community spirit, located on the Dawson River in Central Queensland. 
With an enrolment of 114 students, our dedicated and professional staff provide high-quality education across Prep to Year 10 in a supportive and inclusive environment.

Current Opportunities 
- English / Humanities* – Years 7-10 
- Primary Year 6 – from 7/10/2025 
2026 Opportunities 
- Kindergarten / Primary – Prep to Year 6. 
This is a shared position between Theodore State School and the Theodore Early Childhood Centre. 
A minimum qualification of a Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education (or equivalent) is required. 
- The Arts / Digital Technologies – Prep to Year 10 
- Humanities vacancies could include some or all streams of Humanities and Social Sciences (Geography, History, Civics & Citizenship, Economics and Business, etc., across Year Levels 7 to 10).
