We have an exciting opportunity available for a Front Office Receptionist to join our team.
The Role
The key responsibilities include:
* Greeting all guests in a friendly, genuine and professional manner
* Receiving and processing reservations, checking in/out guests
* Handling telephone enquiries and converting these to reservations
* Assisting in-house guests
* Finalising guest accounts
* Building rapport with guests and owners
* Providing back-up support to other departments as required
* Undertaking general clerical & administrative duties
The Ideal Candidate
The successful applicant will be required to demonstrate:
* A passion for providing friendly personalised service
* Have a good work ethic and be of professional appearance
* The ability to work independently, unsupervised and within a close-knit team
* High attention to detail
* Personable and bright face to face and phone manner
* Excellent communication, interpersonal and time management skills
* Available to work weekends and public holidays.
* Previous experience with Windows systems and Front Office reservation programs REI (this would be advantageous),
* Previous experience with Front Office, Customer Service and/or Hospitality and Tourism qualifications will be highly regarded.
Expected hours: 20 per week
