About the Role
Gough Recruitment are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join one of our clients in a junior capacity. This is an excellent prospect for someone looking to build a career in construction and gain hands-on experience across commercial projects. The company also does luxury residential.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with project coordination and contract administration tasks.
- Support site teams with documentation, RFIs, and progress reporting.
- Help maintain project schedules and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
- Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants to keep projects on track.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
- Excellent communication and willingness to learn.
- Familiarity with construction software (Procore experience is a plus).
