This role offers exposure to executive decision-making and the opportunity to influence risk maturity and governance outcomes across the enterprise.You willDeliver practical, commercially grounded legal advice across contracts, disputes and regulatory mattersDraft, review and negotiate commercial agreements and related documentationManage disputes and claims, including oversight of external advisersSupport and enhance the compliance framework, investigations and reportingMaintain and develop operational risk registers and mitigation plansCoordinate audit and assurance follow-up across the organisationManage the insurance program, including renewals, broker engagement and claims oversightSupervise the Insurance & Risk OfficerQualificationsAdmitted to practise in Australia (LLB or equivalent)Comfortable working across operational risk and compliance frameworksExperienced in commercial contracting and dispute management (private practice and/or in-house)Familiar with insurance programs, claims management and renewalsStrong in stakeholder engagement and able to distil complex issues clearlyOrganised, pragmatic and confident operating in a multi-priority environmentExperienced in supervising or mentoring team membersExclusive to Sharp & Carter Legal Lee- 0450 363 147 lruddy@sharpandcarter.com.au#J-18808-Ljbffr
