Responsibilities
* Be the face of the store – set the standard for service and style
* Create meaningful connections with customers – every transaction counts
* Lead, coach, and inspire your team to hit targets and shine
* Manage store operations with accountability and attention to detail
* Uphold exceptional presentation and brand standards
* Foster a respectful, values-led culture every day
Qualifications & Experience
* Experience in a similar leadership role in a high-energy retail environment
* Strong communication and coaching abilities
* Confidence to take initiative and own your role
* A hands-on leader who thrives in a team setting
* Flexibility to work across rotating shifts (mornings, evenings, weekends & public holidays)
* Valid working rights & eligibility to obtain an Aviation Security ID Card
