Role
We're looking for a Business Developer to help grow our client base by identifying opportunities, qualifying the right leads, and supporting deals from first contact to close.
What you'll do
* Identify and approach relevant companies and decision-makers
* Qualify inbound and outbound leads and book discovery calls
* Support proposals, follow-ups, and deal progression
* Prepare background research for sales conversations
* Keep CRM and pipeline data accurate and up to date
What we're looking for
* At least 2 years of experience in sales, business development, or a client-facing role
* Candidate must be based in Australia or New Zealand
* Experience or strong interest and knowledge in tech, digital products, or design-led businesses
* Comfortable with outreach, follow-ups, and lead qualification
* Clear communicator, structured, and proactive
* Fast learner with strong commercial awareness
