We're on the lookout for an experienced Project Engineer to play an integral role in delivering a major $70M residential subdivision project, overseeing large-scale civil construction works across earthworks, roadworks, drainage, and associated infrastructure.

About You
Reporting to the Project Manager, you will demonstrate strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills, with proven experience delivering residential subdivision and large-scale civil infrastructure projects. You will bring a solid background in bulk earthworks, services, pavements, and road construction, along with the ability to manage project performance, subcontractors, and client relationships within a fast-paced construction environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee project planning, programming and daily delivery activities to ensure project milestones are achieved
* Coordinate and manage large-scale subdivision works including earthworks, roads, drainage, utilities and associated infrastructure
* Ensure project compliance with all relevant legislation, standards, specifications and quality requirements
* Monitor project budgets, monthly cost forecasting and financial performance
* Manage subcontractors, procurement and project resources to achieve delivery outcomes
* Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships
* Drive safety, environmental and quality outcomes across the project
* Support and mentor site teams while contributing to a positive project culture
