The role
Physiotherapist | Blue Care | Toowoomba Allied Health | Community Based
Employment Term: Permanent, Full Time or Part Time (minimum 3 days per week)
Location: Toowoomba and surrounding regions (e.g., Warwick and/or Dalby)
Remuneration: $42.15 - $59.04 per hour (dependent on experience) + Super + Not-for-Profit Salary Packaging + Penalties & Allowances
Your role in our Blue Care team
You'll provide holistic, integrated care to our clients, enhancing their mobility and movement to promote independence and wellbeing. Working with conditions related to musculoskeletal impairments, medical conditions and chronic disease, you will tailor care to improve clients' quality of life.
Key responsibilities
- Diagnose, assess and develop care plans for individuals and groups.
- Prescribe and select appropriate adaptive equipment and modifications.
- Educate clients and carers on therapeutic aspects.
- Set goals and develop discharge and resolution plans.
- Liaise with healthcare professionals (GPs, nurses, occupational therapists) to formulate and monitor care plans.

Qualifications & Experience
- Tertiary qualifications and full, unrestricted AHPRA registration.
- Unlimited work entitlements – Essential.
- Previous experience in aged care or community settings.
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to build strong relationships.
- Confidence in time management and ability to work autonomously.
- Current Australian driver's licence – Essential.
- Roadworthy and insured vehicle (Third Party Property minimum) – Essential.
- Ability to satisfy relevant probity checks required by legislation or policies.
