About the Role

The Administration Team Leader plays a crucial role in managing, leading, guiding, and supporting the medical records team. This position oversees all operational aspects of Medical Record Auditing, Medical Information Processing, Medical Information, Medical Record Reviews, Medical Record Analysis, Patient Medical Record Software.

This leadership position requires a proactive and people-focused leader with strong communication and customer service skills and a keen eye for detail. The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, taking initiative and ensuring seamless operations. Their ability to motivate and support their team will be essential to success in this dynamic leadership role.

The ideal candidate will have experience managing a team, preferably within a healthcare environment, and demonstrated ability to successfully manage individuals and work groups/Rosters for a large team. They will also possess a willingness to learn and adapt to changes, achieve quality outcomes for all stakeholders, and understand medical terminology. Experience using Meditech or similar patient administration software is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide training, support, assistance, and leadership to administrative staff
* Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and training of new staff
* Manage rosters, ensure effective use of staff resources, and meet KPI's
* Ensure high-level customer service and confidentiality are maintained in the unit
* Encourage a supportive and positive team environment
