Marketing Leader Job
The Marketing Manager for Field Systems will be responsible for developing and maintaining strategic relationships with assigned dealers, coordinating marketing initiatives, educating dealers on campaigns and resources, and providing guidance on go-to-market strategies.
This role requires a strong understanding of marketing principles and practices, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Main Responsibilities:
* Establish and maintain effective relationships with assigned dealers across key regions
* Coordinate marketing efforts to support business growth in designated territories
* Educate dealers on available marketing campaigns and resources
* Provide expert guidance on advanced go-to-market strategies
* Support dealers in developing and executing their marketing plans, driving digital adoption, and linking market opportunities to marketing activities
* Collaborate with the regional sales team to support sales-led initiatives
* Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns
* Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
* Represent the organization at industry events and conferences
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
* 5+ years of experience in an indirect sales channel or account management role
* Experience with various MarTech stacks, including marketing automation and CRM
* Ability to travel 1-2 weeks per quarter

* Experience in the geospatial, civil construction, and/or building/construction industry is an advantage
