* Delivering high-quality, patient-centered care to children and youth with haematology and oncology conditions.
* Conducting thorough assessments, implementing effective therapeutic interventions, and monitoring patient progress.
* Providing clinical guidance, supporting the development of students and less experienced staff, and participating in clinical teaching.
Key Responsibilities
Participating in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to clinical audits, research, and evidence-based practice.
Maintaining professional accountability, adhering to clinical standards, and fostering a positive work environment.
Registered Nurse (RN/M1)
Practicing within established nursing models, progressively increasing autonomy in care delivery and coordinating multidisciplinary services.
Providing shift-based leadership, supporting staff, and coordinating patient care while participating in incident reviews and risk management.
Clinical Nurse (RN/M2C)
Providing proficient clinical leadership within the unit, overseeing nursing care delivery, and managing designated portfolios aligned with career development.
Assisting nurse managers in clinical, education, and management activities, including policy development and complex service coordination.
