The Role

We are seeking engaged and committed carers who share our values of Ownership, Improvement, Experimentation, Respect, and Levity. As a carer, you will work with a small group of clients to build meaningful relationships and make a positive impact in their lives.

Your key responsibilities will include:

* Assisting with daily activities, including personal care (if qualified)
* Providing mobility support
* Preparing meals
* Offering companionship
* Accessing community programs
* Performing light housekeeping tasks


About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

* A National Police Check that is less than 6 months old
* A Victorian Driver Licence, as well as a comprehensively insured, registered, and well-maintained vehicle
* A Certificate III in Individual Support or a similar discipline
* Current First Aid and CPR qualifications
