- Salary $55,000 - $60,000 plus super

**The Company**:
An exhibition and conference B2B Agency based in Sydney are looking for a great new team member to join their Events and Delegate team. The company puts together sensational conferences and has two distinct divisions within their team.

**The Role**:
This Event Assistant role will assist the Head of Operations and Senior Event Managers by coordinating activities associated with organizing an event or function including planning Roundtables, catering, venue, virtual content, administration and attend events to ensure all aspects run smoothly and assist to resolve any potential issues.

Key Responsibilities include;
- Coordinating internal and external Stakeholder events including Roundtable Luncheons, Breakfast Briefings & other Bespoke activities.
- Assisting the Head of Operations and Senior Events Managers with event coordination and logistics as required and deputize for these colleagues when required.
- Production of event administration documents pre and post-event.
- Liaising with internal departments and external stakeholders including donors, support groups and corporate sponsors to coordinate and deliver events. Be responsible for articulating and presenting creative concepts and negotiating to implement well-planned timelines to achieve desired outcomes.
- Liaising with external contractors, such as venues, catering, AV Companies, undertaking tasks at events and ensuring good working relationships are developed through consistent actions and communication.
- Other administrative tasks as required for event.
- Onsite event assistance.
- Have strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Have the ability to learn computer programs with ease.
- Work well under pressure.
- Have the ability to problem-solve.
- Be reliable.
- Enjoy interacting with a wide range of people.
- Ability to work autonomously and have attention to detail
