The Successful Candidate Must
* Have solid senior roll restaurant experience.
* Have an appreciation for good food and wine.
* Be a good communicator with problem‐solving skills.
* Be career‐driven.
* Love people and hospitality.
* Be available for 30 to 38 hours per week.
* Be an Australian citizen or permanent resident.
