Position: HR Advisor–Construction
Location: South of the River
Salary: 100K–120K+ Super
Join a privately owned WA‑based civil construction company as an HR Advisor, supporting a large and diverse blue‑collar workforce across multiple divisions. Reporting to the Group HR Manager and based at the head office, you'll play a key role in delivering high‑level HR advice and driving organisational change across the business.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide expert advice on HR policy, employment law, and award interpretation
* Conduct workplace investigations and recommend outcomes
* Compliance and HR audit checks
* Complete onboarding and probation reviews
* Manage confidential and sensitive employee matters with professionalism
* Occasional travel to regional sites
What You'll Bring
* HR Diploma or Degree (essential)
* Proven experience supporting a large blue‑collar workforce
* Strong working knowledge of the Fair Work Act and modern awards
* Confident in handling IR/ER issues and workplace investigations
* Proficient with HRIS platforms (Employment Hero highly regarded)
* Valid WA driver's licence and unrestricted Australian working rights
