Offshore Supervisor Job Description
Wood is recruiting Offshore Supervisors to join our Operations business supporting one of our key client partners on a long-term brownfield Oil & Gas EPCM Contract.
With a growing pipeline of offshore work in maintenance, operations and engineering, this is an opportunity to start immediately on an even time 3:3 FIFO roster, working 7 days with 12-hour shifts (day or night). Point of hire is Perth, WA.
About the Role
We are seeking individuals with deep commitment to HSE principles, experience in risk management and safety compliance. Relevant trade certification or engineering degree is essential, along with offshore certifications such as BOSIET and MSIC.
The successful candidate will have proven experience in SMP coordination or supervision, with at least 5 years in offshore oil and gas or energy projects. Familiarity with large- and small-scale piping installations is also required.
Leadership Skills Required
Excellent interpersonal skills are necessary to engage with diverse teams and stakeholders. Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage priorities and drive performance in high-pressure offshore environments is essential.
