Are you a Project Manager who thrives in the water infrastructure space?
We're looking for a passionate Project Manager to join our high-performing Water team based in Brisbane, delivering innovative and sustainable water infrastructure projects across Queensland.
What You'll Be Doing
* Lead end-to-end project delivery across multidiscipline water utility projects, from treatment plants and pump stations to reservoirs and pipelines.
* Drive financial performance, including forecasting, cost control, procurement, and contract administration.
* Build strong client and stakeholder relationships, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.
* Manage and mentor project teams, fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
What You'll Bring
* Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering (preferred), or trade background with Cert IV in Project Management.
* 8+ years' industry experience, including managing multidisciplinary teams and complex projects.
* Proven capability in project financial management and contract administration.
* Strong leadership, client engagement, and communication skills.
