About the role
This is a full-time position as a Senior Wine Sales Specialist at Tomich Wines, located in Unley ,Adelaide. You will be responsible for promoting and selling the company's premium wine range to key customers and partners, with the aim of driving sales growth and brand awareness.
What you'll be doing
An experienced sales specialist with a knowledge of working with chains and wholesalers and distributors to promote and make sales of our Estate products, based in Adelaide the role would suit enthusiastic person looking for the next stage in their career with a recognised Brand.
The right person would have the relevant experience in the Wine industry and retail, be used to working to a budget and chasing the big fish, we're not looking for a wine rep to service the local cafe more so a group sales specialist with an understanding of how groups, wholesalers and chains backends work.
Servicing South Australia and travel to interstate Distributors on a regular basis, this is a role for someone looking to build on a strong base and learn all the facets of a mid sized Wine business
What we're looking for
1. Minimum 5 years' experience in a senior wine sales or account management role
2. Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and growing customer accounts
3. Comprehensive knowledge of the Australian wine industry, including grape varieties, regions, production methods and trends
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers
5. Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
6. Passion for wine and the hospitality industry
7. Relevant tertiary qualification in sales, marketing or a related field
