Our team is supportive, experienced and flexible. Based in Melbourne, on the traditional land of the Wurundjeri people.

This is a rare opportunity to take full operational ownership of a high‐performing retail portfolio within a premium client account, IFM Investors.

You will be responsible for the day‐to‐day facilities management of the centre, ensuring the asset operates safely, efficiently and in line with compliance requirements.

This is a hands‐on role where you'll be visible on site, managing contractors, overseeing maintenance programmes and ensuring a high standard of presentation and performance.

Key Responsibilities

* Oversight of WHS, statutory and essential services compliance
* Tenant liaison and issue resolution
* Management of reactive works and preventative maintenance
* Use of established FM systems for reporting and documentation
* Support the wider FM team to ensure consistent service delivery

About You

* 3-7 years' experience in a facilities management role
* Strong understanding of building services and compliance
* Experience managing contractors and service agreements
* Exposure to budgeting or capital works advantageous
* Organised, proactive and comfortable taking ownership
* Excels in communicating with tenants
