About the role
Due to exciting growth within a successful powerhouse workshop our client is seeking a Heavy Vehicle Mechanic to join their team. Welcoming light vehicle and plant mechanics to apply.
Duties
o Work in conjunction with other team members to ensure repairs are completed
o Provide support and guidance to junior team members
o Carry out major and minor repairs on a wide range of vehicle
o Ensure all requests on repair orders are checked and completed.
o Identify and advise of any additional repairs required
o Practice and promote company WHS policies and processes at all times
Skills and experience
o Experience in the Heavy Vehicle Industry is beneficial
o Light Vehicles and Plant Mechanics are welcome to apply.
o Must be Mechanical trade qualified
o Ability to work well within a team and unsupervised.
o OEM and Dealership experience are highly desirable.
o Current HC/HR driver’s license is advantageous

o Hourly range ranging from $40.00 - $48.00 p/h
