About the Role
This role involves leading a dedicated team delivering three key services for young people in Out of Home Care:
* Targeted Care Packages – Assisting young people to avoid or transition out of residential care with tailored supports
* Residential Care Case Management – Guiding care teams to meet individual needs with empathy and purpose
* Education Specialist Support – Re-engaging young people with education and training pathways
You will manage staff across Inner and Outer Gippsland, providing coaching, oversight, and operational leadership to ensure services run smoothly, staff are supported, and the voices of young people remain central to our work.

What You’ll Bring
* Relevant qualifications in Social Work, Community Services, or related fields
* A deep understanding of trauma-informed, strength-based practice
* Leadership experience in case management or residential care settings
* A collaborative, people-focused approach with excellent communication skills
* Confidence in risk assessment, conflict resolution, and team development
