About the Role
This position involves providing expert guidance to site management and contract holders throughout the contracting process. Your responsibilities will include developing tender documentation, managing negotiations, maintaining documentation, and ensuring all processes align with company policies.
* Developing compliant tender documents, conducting thorough evaluation processes, and completing supplier negotiations.
* Drafting, reviewing, and managing contracts with defined terms and performance metrics.
* Monitoring supplier performance against quality, safety, and delivery standards.
* Maintaining accurate systems for recording contract-related documentation.
