Part-Time | 9:00am – 2:30pm | 4 Days Per WeekBundall Office
We are seeking a capable, organised, and motivated Administration Officer (Clerical Level 3) to support our daily operations at our Bundall office.
This position plays a key role in maintaining accurate records, supporting internal administrative processes, and providing professional front-office reception services.
Key Responsibilities
Reception & First Point of Contact
Provide front-office and reception support
Monitor and manage incoming phone calls
Ensure a welcoming, professional office environment
Administrative Support
Assist with the record management of internal documents, forms, and templates using Microsoft Office
Support day-to-day office functions and general administrative tasks
Manage calendars, inboxes, and Teams communication channels
Record Management
Maintain accurate client and staff records in line with internal procedures
Manage service information registers with high levels of accuracy
Assist with filing, document control, and organisation via SharePoint
Systems & CRM
Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot CRM and client management systems
Assist with form building, workflow settings, and system updates
Work collaboratively with team members to streamline processes and resolve system issues
What We're Looking For
Previous experience in administrative or clerical roles
Strong organisational skills and ability to manage competing priorities
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
High-level competency in Microsoft Office applications
Experience using or configuring CRM/client management systems (advantageous)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in the disability sector or knowledge of the NDIS (advantageous)
Ndis Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
Working with Children Check (Blue Card)
Valid working rights in Australia
Compliance with QLD Public Health Directions relevant to the disability sector
