As a key member of our team, the IT Manager will oversee all aspects of our business IT, communication networks, systems, and support services.
This role involves direct leadership of an IT Supervisor, as well as coordination with external IT partners, to ensure our technology environment remains secure, efficient, and aligned with our strategic objectives.
About the Job
The successful candidate will lead the end-to-end management of our technology environment, including deployment, monitoring, maintenance, upgrades and support of all IT systems such as websites, PCs, operating systems, databases, telephones, and software applications.
Key responsibilities include identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving issues across network infrastructure, hardware, operating systems, business software, and productivity applications.
About You
* You'll need a tertiary degree in IT, business or related disciplines.
* Solid knowledge and experience (5+ years) in managing IT teams and leading technology initiatives is required.
* Strong problem-solving skills and excellent stakeholder engagement skills are essential.
